Add Tag

Use Tags to add a new tag for the recordings and highlights your team tracks in NEXT.

Tags help your team classify highlights consistently so filtering, analysis, and AI workflows stay organized.

Before You Start

  • You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.

Steps

  1. Open Teamspace Settings > General > Tags.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Enter the tag name.

When Should I Use This?

  • When a new topic starts showing up in customer feedback.
  • When your team wants a dedicated tag for a new workflow or reporting need.

Tips

  • Use names that are easy to recognize in filters and reports.
  • Add only the tags your team expects to use regularly.
