Rename Tag

Use Tags to rename an existing tag when your taxonomy changes or when AI should treat a tag differently.

You can filter and search the list first, then adjust the tag details in the side panel.

Before You Start​

  • You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.

Steps​

  1. Open Teamspace Settings > General > Tags.
  2. Filter the list if you want to narrow it to one tag group.
  3. Search for the tag you want to update.
  4. Open the tag.
  5. Rename the tag and update the AI focus configuration if needed.

  • When a tag should be included in AI focus with a clearer description.
