Delete Tags

Use Tags to remove a tag your team no longer needs.

Deleting outdated tags helps keep your teamspace taxonomy easier to maintain and easier to use.

Before You Start​

  • You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.
  • Confirm that your team no longer needs the tag for reporting or analysis.

Steps​

  1. Open Teamspace Settings > General > Tags.
  2. Search for the tag you want to remove.
  3. Select the tag.
  4. Click Delete.

When Should I Use This?​

  • When a tag is obsolete.
  • When your team has merged older labels into a newer structure.

Tips​

  • Review how the tag is used before deleting it.
  • Clean up unused tags regularly so the taxonomy stays easier to maintain.
