Create an AI Tagging Rule

Use Assign Tags to create AI tagging rules when simple keywords are not enough and the tag depends on context or intent.

AI tagging rules help your team classify highlights based on meaning, not just exact words, so similar feedback can still land in the same tag.

Before You Start​

  • You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.
  • Have a clear idea of the meaning or intent the rule should detect.

Steps​

  1. Open Teamspace Settings > Prepare with AI > Assign Tags.
  2. Select Create and choose Ai tagging.
  3. Describe how the AI job should classify highlights.
  4. Review the generated job and rename it if you want a clearer internal label.
