Inspect Quantified Clusters
Use quantified clusters in Chat when you want to inspect generated cluster counts and keep exploring the strongest themes.
Generated clusters appear with quantified counts after the response completes. From there, you can filter by one category and continue with a focused follow-up question.
Before You Start
- Start a chat with mode Clusters.
Steps
- Open the cluster you want to inspect.
- Use the chart selector to review a breakdown.
- Ask a focused follow-up from the cluster.
When Should I Inspect Quantified Clusters?
- When you want chat responses to be backed by visible counts.
Tips
- Use short follow-up prompts first, then add more context if you need a deeper explanation.
Example
This example opens quantified clusters, switches the cluster chart, and starts a focused follow-up prompt.
FAQ
Q: When do cluster counts appear?
Cluster counts appear after NEXT finishes generating and quantifying the cluster result.
Q: How can I see all highlights or accounts?
The section below the quantified results shows only samples so you can quickly understand the pattern. To get the full result set, click Download. This returns an Excel file with all highlights and their related data, including the account.
Q: What do the chips [... accounts] [... ARR] mean in quantified clusters?
Highlights are matched to clusters before they are shown. The chips add an additional dimension on top of those highlights: account data.
They show how many distinct accounts are represented in the highlights of a cluster, and the total ARR associated with those accounts.
This helps you interpret a cluster beyond its size. Instead of only looking at the number of highlights, you can also see how widely the issue is distributed (number of accounts) and how commercially relevant it is (ARR impact).
In other words, this provides a way to prioritize clusters not just by volume, but by business impact.
Q: Does Follow up keep the cluster context?
Yes. Starting a follow-up from a cluster keeps that cluster as context so your next prompt stays tied to the selected result.
