Clusters
Use Clusters when you want to group related highlights into a shared theme, objective, or work item that your team can review over time.
Clusters are one of the core ways product teams turn raw research evidence into something more structured. You can use them to organize and validate strategic themes, top findings, insights, hypotheses, and product or UX deliverables such as user stories, PRDs, personas, or user journeys.
In practice, clusters act almost like a reverse AI chat. In AI chat, you ask NEXT to discover something new from your highlights. With clusters, you can start from something you already know or want to develop further, then collect and strengthen the supporting evidence around it.
A cluster can include a title, description, labels, files, and most importantly, highlights. Once a cluster exists, NEXT AI can use the title and description to find more supporting highlights automatically, helping you keep important topics up to date as new customer evidence is added.
This section covers common cluster workflows in NEXT, including searching the library, organizing clusters with labels, and using clusters to structure and nurture big-ticket topics with evidence.
