Search Clusters
Use cluster search when you want to narrow the library to a specific theme, label, or type of insight without opening each cluster one by one.
Searching clusters helps you move from a broad library view to the exact group of clusters you want to review, organize, or share.
Before You Start
- Make sure your workspace already contains clusters with the labels or topics you want to search.
Steps
- Click the search box at the top of the cluster library.
- Enter a keyword such as
insight. - In the filtered results, you can click a label on a cluster card to refine the search even further.
When Should I Use Cluster Search?
- When you need to find clusters related to a topic such as insights, assumptions, or priorities.
- When the cluster library is large and you want to narrow it down quickly.
- When you want to combine a search term with label-based filtering from the cluster cards.
Tips
- Start with a broad keyword.
- Click cluster labels directly from a card when you want to add another filter without retyping it.
- Reuse common labels across your team so cluster search stays predictable.
Example
This example searches the cluster library for insight, applies the keyword search with Enter, and then clicks a label on the first cluster card to refine the results.
FAQ
Q: Can I refine a cluster search after I already filtered the library?
Yes. Clicking a label on a cluster card adds another filter so you can narrow the results further.
