Translate Highlight
Use highlight translation when you want to quickly understand, copy, or share a highlight in another language without leaving the dialog.
This is useful when your team works across languages or when you need a translated version for a document, message, or follow-up workflow.
Before You Start
- Open a text-based highlight in the Highlights dialog.
Steps
- Hover over the highlight text to show the text actions.
- Click Translate.
- Click Copy to copy the translated text.
- Click Show original to switch back to the original wording.
When Should I Use Highlight Translation?
- When collaborators need the same highlight in another language.
- When you want to reuse translated text in notes, documents, or messages.

Tips
