Change your name, email, profile picture, and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).

On your profile page, there are various things you can change. This article gives you a quick overview.

Change your full name or display name

  • Log in to your NEXT account

  • Navigate to your profile page
    On the home page, click on your name in the left upper corner

  • Click on the input field below "Display name" or "Full name"

  • Type your name and click outside the input field to save it

Change your email address

You can change your email address on your profile page. Note that this will also change the email address with which you can log in to NEXT!

  • Log in to your NEXT account

  • Navigate to your profile page
    On the home page, click on your name in the left upper corner

  • Click on the input field below "Email"

  • Type your new email address and click outside the input field to save it

Add or change a profile picture

  • Log in to your NEXT account

  • Navigate to your profile page
    On the home page, click on your name in the left upper corner

  • Click on the bug circle (a placeholder or your picture)

  • Upload a picture

Remove your profile picture

  • Log in to your NEXT account

  • Navigate to your profile page
    On the home page, click on your name in the left upper corner

  • Click "Remove photo" underneath the big circle

Enable two-factor authentication

To make your account more secure, we offer two-factor authentication (or "2FA"). Enable it by following these steps:

  • Log in to your NEXT account

  • Navigate to your profile page
    On the home page, click on your name in the left upper corner

  • Click on "Enable two-factor authentication"

  • With your phone or iPad, scan the QR code with your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy or Microsoft Authenticator)

  • Enter the code that appears in the authenticator app

  • Click verify security token to enable 2FA
