Sharing highlights is the key to bringing the voice of the customer into every product decision. Highlights can be shared from anywhere and either one-by-one or in the form of clusters. Here we’ll describe the different ways in which highlights can be shared.
Share single highlight from the library
Link sharing
Navigate to “Library” → “Highlights”
Hover over a highlights
Click the “link” icon
Share the link with someone who has access to your teamspace
Share one or more selected highlights
Link sharing
Navigate to “Library” → “Highlights”
Select one or more highlights
In the bottom popup, click the “Share” icon
Click “Copy links”
Share the links with anyone who has access to your teamspace
Copy-and-paste highlights
Navigate to “Library” → “Highlights”
Select one or more highlights
In the bottom popup, click the “Share” icon
Click “Copy highlights”
Paste highlights as text anywhere
👉 This features has tons of use cases, such as pasting highlights as sticky notes into Miro, Figjam, or Mural or pasting them into Excel.
Share highlights to Jira, Linear or Github
Navigate to “Library” → “Highlights”
Select one or more highlights
In the bottom popup, click the “Share” icon
If no integration is set up yet, click on “Integration settings”
In the dialog’s left upper corner, select the tool with which you want to integrate
Add the required data into the dialog to set up the connection
Come back to the highlights library, select one or more highlights, click “Share, and the integration you’ve set up will appear as an option.

Share highlights via Slack or Productboard
The Slack and Productboard integrations work slightly different from Jira, Github or Linear. They require you to connect your personal account instead. To do so, follow these steps:
Open the left-hand navigation menu (via hamburger icon)
Click “Personal settings”
Scroll down to the “Integrations” section
Click on the tool you want to integrate with (e.g. Slack)
Follow the steps to authenticate
Once you’ve set up the connect, select any highlight, click the “Share” icon and the Slack or Productboard option will appear
Share highlights from inside a recording
Sharing highlights can also be done while inside a recording. For example, when analyzing recordings manually and you found something interesting, you can share it right away! Follow these steps:
Open a recording
Hover over a highlights (below audio or video player)
Click the “Share” icon
Click on the share option of your choice
