Quick start
NEXT AI is LLM-agnostic (model-agnostic) - that is you can select the LLM/model you prefer to use. Enterprise customers can route NEXT AI through their own approved AI endpoints (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise or Azure OpenAI) and keep processing in their chosen region.
By default, your teamspace is set up in the optimal way, making use of SOTA LLMs and the transcription models best suited to your language needs.
Workspace LLM/model
To manage your LLM/model preferences, click on your profile picture on the top right of the screen → Settings → AI (under Company).
Click the dropdown below “Select the AI engine to analyze your data” to change the LLM/model that’s used to interpret, classify, cluster your data + respond it chat.
Transcription LLM/model
To manage the LLM/model you use for transcription, click on your profile picture on the top right of the screen → Settings → AI (under Company).
Click the dropdown below “Select the transcribe engine to convert your videos/audios into text” to change the LLM/models your workspace uses for converting video/audio to text
