Import Google Meet recordings
Quick start
Connect Google Meet in NEXT, enable the Teamspace subscription for this import, and let the scheduled sync pull Google Meet conference records, recordings, and transcripts into NEXT as Recordings.
Why integrate with Google Meet?
For Google Workspace-based companies, customer conversations often happen directly in Meet. Importing those meetings into NEXT means important customer evidence does not stay trapped inside meeting storage or require someone to manually export recordings.
- It turns customer-facing Google Meet calls into searchable Recordings in NEXT.
- It helps teams analyze interviews, onboarding calls, and support conversations without manual handling.
- It keeps conversation analysis close to the tools teams already use for day-to-day meetings.
What gets imported
- Object in NEXT: Recordings
- Source objects: Google Meet conference records, recordings, and transcripts

Connection notes
- Authorize the Google integration with access to Meet recordings and related Google resources.
- Enable the Meet subscription in the Teamspace where those meetings should appear.
Configuration notes
- NEXT imports conference records incrementally based on the last successful subscription timestamp.
- Transcript and participant data are included when Google exposes them for the meeting.
Limitations
- Only meetings available through the authorized Google account can be imported.
- Transcript availability depends on what Google has stored for each conference.
Troubleshooting
- If recordings are missing, check whether the meeting artifacts are still available in Google.
- Reconnect the Google integration if access to Meet scopes was revoked.
FAQ
Are transcripts imported too?
