Import Modjo calls

Quick start

Connect Modjo in NEXT, enable the Teamspace subscription for this import, and let the scheduled sync pull Modjo calls into NEXT as Recordings.

Why integrate with Modjo?

Modjo conversations often capture the language customers use when explaining goals, friction, urgency, and buying criteria. Importing those calls into NEXT helps teams move from isolated call review to cross-source pattern detection.

  • It makes sales and success calls part of the broader customer-intelligence stream.
  • It helps product teams hear recurring themes from revenue conversations earlier.
  • It reduces manual effort when customer-call evidence needs to feed synthesis and automation.

What gets imported

  • Object in NEXT: Recordings
  • Source objects: Modjo calls
  • Included fields: Call title, call identifiers, timestamps, speakers, and transcript or media references when available.

Authentication

Modjo API credentials configured in the integration.

Connection notes

  • Configure the Modjo credentials in Settings -> Integrations.
  • Enable the Teamspace subscription that should receive imported Modjo calls.

Configuration notes

  • Imports run incrementally from the last successful timestamp.
  • Use Teamspace subscription settings to keep the import targeted to the right workspace.

Filtering

Modjo subscriptions support LIQE filters. For the syntax reference, see Use LIQE filters.

Modjo filters run against these fields:

  • callId
  • title
  • startDate
  • duration
  • provider
  • language
  • callCrmId
  • speakers
  • tags

Examples:

  • provider:"aircall"
  • tags:"expansion"
  • speakers:"joe.timmer@example.com"

Limitations

  • Metadata coverage depends on the fields exposed by the Modjo API.
  • Only calls accessible to the configured integration credentials can be imported.

Troubleshooting

  • Rotate or re-enter the Modjo credentials if authorization starts failing.
  • If older calls are missing, confirm the subscription start point covers the time period you need.
