Import Synthflow calls

Quick start

Connect Synthflow in NEXT, enable the Teamspace subscription for this import, and let the scheduled sync pull Synthflow calls into NEXT as Recordings.

Why integrate with Synthflow?

Synthflow calls are often high-volume and operationally important, especially when teams use AI-assisted calling as part of support, qualification, or service workflows. Importing them into NEXT lets those conversations contribute to customer insight instead of staying in an execution silo.

  • It brings AI-assisted phone interactions into the same analysis pipeline as human-run calls.
  • It helps teams spot repeated questions, friction points, and request patterns across large call volumes.
  • It makes automated call flows more measurable from a customer-understanding perspective.

What gets imported

  • Object in NEXT: Recordings
  • Source objects: Synthflow calls
  • Included fields: Call identifiers, call timing, participants, and the media or transcript data available from Synthflow.

Authentication

Synthflow API credentials configured for the integration.

Connection notes

  • Add the Synthflow credentials in Settings -> Integrations.
  • Enable the Teamspace subscription that should receive the imported calls.

Configuration notes

  • Imports are incremental and only read calls updated after the previous successful sync.
  • Use the Teamspace subscription settings to route imported calls to the right workspace.

Limitations

  • Available fields depend on the call data returned by the Synthflow API.
  • Historical coverage depends on the timestamp from which the subscription starts.

Troubleshooting

  • If calls stop importing, verify the API credentials are still active.
  • When expected calls are missing, review the subscription window first.
